About the Role

The Campaign Manager will work closely with the MD on all elements of the agency’s projects and client contracts. The job will be varied and will expose you to all areas of business growth and development including Go-to-Market sales and marketing strategies, brand and community building, brand and influencer partnerships, PR and more.

Account management experience is a bonus as some elements of the job will require the Marketing Manager to to nurture and grow relationships with third parties. There is significant room for growth, training and development with this role as the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the agency’s most important work. The successful candidate will have the scope to expand and develop on the areas of the role that are the most relevant and rewarding for them.

There is the potential for international travel with this role.

Primary tasks:

  • Supporting the MD on developing multi-channel marketing strategies  

  • Research and curation of data such as retailers, brands and journalists

  • Creative campaign ideation and execution across multiple digital and offline channels

  • Understand clients’ needs and pain points to deliver responsive solutions

  • Coming up with initiatives and opportunities to ensure the clients hits their growth targets

Project Management tool Asana with premium access will be provided.

Our client are primarily start-ups and in high growth stage so require our agency to assist them in several areas of business development so only highly ambitious people need apply.

  • 1-2 days per week initially, rising to full time if the fit is right

  • London based applicants are preferable but remote working will be considered

  • Fee dependent on experience

Finding new ways to get people thinking and talking about important issues gives you a kick and you have been pivotal in growing lively communities online.

You’ve been working in Social Media Marketing for 2+ years and have experience managing and growing Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In and Snapchat accounts. You stay ahead of the curve and pay attention to all the updates, changes and new integrations with the social channels. You may have dabbled in all the social networks including The Dots, Medium, Steemit, Tumblr, Pinterest, Youtube and more.

About the Role

Using the overall marketing plan outlined with the client the Social Media Creator will be tasked with developing the different methods of disseminating those messages through the different channels.

The Social Media creator will be the primary content creator for client social channels. They will be solely responsible for sourcing the visual content, scheduling it in an effective and beautiful way and writing all the copy.

Primary tasks:

  • Managing content and community growth for key client accounts

  • Sourcing, creating and curating video and static content

  • Drafting accompanying copy for each post

  • Scheduling posts across all channels

  • Keeping on top of the performance of posts and optimising accordingly

  • Reporting to team and client on campaign response and impact

Social Media Management tool Later with premium access will be provided.
